What is your Return / Exchange policy?
We are very confident of the quality of our lashes. If the lashes you ordered are not correct styles or damaged, Please contact us within 30 days after you receive the parcel. and we will gladly help you replace it (Vandalism is not acceptable).
1.All unused items in original condition are eligible for a full refund within 30 day of purchase. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
2.Items returned which are not in new and resellable condition are not accepted.
3.If you suspect your package was lost or damaged during transit, please email us alina@anerrybeauty.com and we’ll be happy to help.
When will i receive my refund ?
We will do our best to take care of your refund ASAP. Normally once you update the tracking information of the returned parcel on Paypal, we will start the refund proceed. Shipping Time
We work from Monday to Friday and off duty on weekends . All orders on Friday and weekends will be taken care next Monday.
Correct Shipping Address is needed
When you place your order, please put your correct shipping address,including ZIP CODE and Phone number. We are unresponsible for incorrect shipping address. We dont accept P.O. Boxes address. Any change on shipping address after parcel shipped is not accepted.
If parcels are returned to us because buyers offered inaccurate or invalid address, the buyers should pay for the returning shipping and the second time shipping rate.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we shipped worldwide. All orders will be shipped out within 48-72 hours after paid, except for weekends and holiday. For more details, please check above.
How can i track my parcel?
Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your parcel tracking number. You can also track your parcel by logging into your account, and viewing your orders.
Do i have to pay Duty and Taxes?
Yes, Duty and Taxes should be paid by clients when the parcel arrives your country. In many countries, buyers usually don’t need to pay duty and taxes according to our 10 year international shipping experience if the order amount is less than US$60.00. If the Taxes are charged in any case, the buyers should be responsible it.
What if i haven’t received my parcel ?
First, please track your parcel with the tracking number which we offered. If the status is not normal, please contact the courier with tracking number and they will help you with more information. And surely you also can contact us by alina@anerrybeauty.com . we will be very happy to assist you.
What if my parcel is stolen or lost?
For every order ,we offer the related tracking number. If express system says it is received, we are irresponsible for the stolen or lost parcels.
Can i change or revise my shipping address ?
Once your order is placed, we handle them immediately and ship out them very soon. So the time before the parcel shipped is limited. Once your parcel is shipped out, it can not be changed. So please double check your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
